Are you afraid of Bees? A lot of people are you know but in actual fact the bees are nothing to be scared of at all. Providing that you are calm around them, they wont hurt you. They are really scared of you, you know. Look how big you are compared to them!
If you want to learn more about bees then you have come to the right place.
We have been looking after bees for over 20 years and would love to show you how to look after them too.
We want to get more people involved in keeping bees as they are so very important. Without bees, we would go hungry! Bees have a crucial role to play for all living things. We need bees and other pollinators to pollinate the food that we eat, as well as for the trees and flowers.

​We are educating youngsters by visiting schools and scout groups. Showing you how to look after the bees what equipment you need to look after them etc.

Our Approach to Beekeeping
Our focus is to provide better habitats for bees, ensuring a better future for our planet.
One example of how you can help our pollinators (even butterfly's) as the weather warms up is to put out a small bowl of water with some pebbles in it. This makes a lovely drinking pool for them.
Do not put anything else in just fresh water.
We can all do our bit to help out.
Bee and Wasp Removal
If you find a swarm of bees or wasps, dont kill them, they are just exploring. Give us a call and we will happily come out and remove them for you. While we provide free collection services for bees, there is a £50 charge for the safe removal of wasps. Contact us to ensure the safe and professional removal of bees and wasps from your property.
Experience Days
Every experience day is different depending on the season.
We offer 2 hour sessions where you can join us for a hands-on experience with bees and learn the art of beekeeping.
If you are interested in "keeping" bees we now have an exciting opportunity to join our
ADOPT A BEEHIVE SCHEME
This program involves 4-5 sessions where we teach you everything you need to know to become competent in beekeeping. Once you're ready, you'll have the opportunity to take one of our hives home and care for them over the winter.
